What is your refund policy?

We happily accept returns in original condition unused, unworn, and unaltered: with tags and liners attached for either a refund or one time exchange. All return requests must be made within 14 days after the date of delivery. The refund/exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of the returned package.

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I have submitted my order?

Unfortunately, since orders are processed as they are received - changes are not always guaranteed. Please be sure you have entered the correct address before placing your order. You can contact our customer service info@vimactive.com for questions and concerns.

I sent in a return and have not received my refund?

All returns take 10 business days to process and complete. Once completed, you will receive an email with the full details of your return.

I have not received my order, what shall I do?

We kindly ask to check the status of your order with the tracking number that was sent to you from your parcel.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. We’re working on expanding!
