Returns + Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase from Vim Active, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below:

 

Returns

    •    Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

    •    A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund total to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. You will be notified when your order is received, and when we process your return. Please be sure to track your package to assure it has been delivered to us.

Exchanges

    •    We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same item.

    •    If you exchange for a different product or request a refund instead, the restocking fee will apply.

    •    Exchanges must also meet the same condition requirements as returns (unworn, unwashed, tags attached).

Non-Returnable Items

    •    Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Processing/Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Vim Active reserves the right to not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Please check your tracking information sent to you before contacting our customer service team.
