Processing & Shipping
Please allow 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Vim Active reserves the right to not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Please check your tracking information sent to you before contacting our customer service team.
GROUND SHIPPING
Packages arrive in 2-5 business days. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before receiving your shipment notification.
PRIORITY MAIL DELIVERY
Priority mail delivery arrives within 3-4 business days (this does not include a processing time of two business days). Delivery timeframe cannot be guaranteed. If you need your order by a specific date, express shipping is the only delivery method that guarantees a delivery date.
Any orders sent to APO addresses with priority mail will take 15-21 days to be delivered. Trackable services are not available on APO addressed orders.
EXPRESS MAIL DELIVERY
Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, except for holidays, before 3:00 PM EST or 12:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipment date. We require 1 full business day from order date to process and fulfill your order. Your order ships next business day once fulfilled, and will require the allotted 2-3 business days for delivery.
Orders placed Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM EST or 12:00 AM PST, or on weekends and holidays, will usually arrive within 3-4 business days from shipment date. We require 1 full business day from our order date to process and fulfill your order. Your order ships the next business day and will arrive within 2-3 business days.
Please allow an additional business day for delivery any week in which there is an observed holiday.
Express shipping is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

DURING SALES EVENT, YOU MAY RECEIVE A PRE-SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED. PLEASE ALLOW THE ALLOTTED FULFILLMENT TIME IN ADDITION TO THE SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME SELECTED FOR YOUR ORDER.
Due to inconsistent changes to tariffs, we will not be shipping internationally for the foreseeable future. This decision has been made to ensure that we can maintain the quality and reliability of our services.
