At Vim Active, we want you to feel confident and empowered in every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, or wear
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging

Final Sale & Limited items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges:

If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges within the 30-day window, as long as the items meet the return conditions.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own return shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing after we receive your item.

Final Sale Items: 

Products marked Final Sale or Clearance/Limited are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • The item(s) you want to return or exchange
  • The reason for your return
